J. Scott Miller
Scott began his investment career after graduating from The Pennsylvania State University in 1971. Within seven years he became a partner of the NYSE firm of Elkins Morris Stroud & Company in Philadelphia, PA. Scott was then elected to the five person board and in 1982 was instrumental in the sale of the firm to Prudential Securities where he became a Senior Vice President and Member of the Chairman’s Council. In 2000, Scott joined Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice President and was a Member of the Chairman’s Club.

Prior to the founding of Blue Bell Private Wealth Management, Scott was an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Scott specializes in securities at Blue Bell Private Wealth Management; diligently modeling financial products while vigilantly watching the market in real time on a daily basis. Scott graduated with an A.B. in Economics & Business from Lafayette College. Currently, Scott resides in Ambler, PA with his wife, two daughters and son.
Prior to the founding of Blue Bell Private Wealth Management, Justin was an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Justin specializes in client relations at Blue Bell Private Wealth Management; continuously meeting with clients, reviewing account holdings, discussing policies and procedures, while educating the client about our approach to investing. He is also designated as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and also serves as Chief Operating Officer. Justin lives in Harleysville, PA with his wife, daughter, and two sons.
Jon graduated in May 2006 from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics. As a student in the Smeal College of Business atPenn State, he was an active member of the Nittany Lion Fund as a Fund Manager and an analyst of the Energy Sector. Jon is an Investment Advisor Representative and an active member of the Investment Strategy Committee where he assists with financial models, investment strategy and asset allocation.
Jim is a native of the greater Philadelphia area, born and raised in Lafayette Hill, PA. He initially joined the Blue Bell Private Wealth Management team as an intern during the winter of 2013 and joined full time in the fall of 2015. He is a graduate of LaSalle College High School and graduated from Syracuse University in 2012. Jim is an assistant crew coach as LaSalle College High School. Jim is an Investment Advisor Representative and an active member of the Investment Strategy Committee where he assists with financial models, investment strategy and asset allocation.
Chris Paleologus CFP®
Chris is a native of the greater Philadelphia area, born and raised in Bensalem, PA. He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Chris serves as Portfolio Manager and Risk Management Officer. He is a CFP® professional and as an active member of the Investment Strategy Committee oversees investment strategy and asset allocation.

Alex Is a native of the greater Philadelphia area, growing up in Lansdale, PA and attending Christopher Dock High School. Before graduating from Temple University with a bachelor’s in finance Alex served four years in the United States Marines Corps. Alex started at Blue Bell PWM as an intern in August 2017 before starting full time in July 2018. Alex is an Investment Advisor Representative with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

Before joining BBPWM, Hank was an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Previously, Hank had a successful career in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, including several years as an independent consultant. Hank also is a volunteer for the Philadelphia affiliate of Susan G. Koman for the Cure. Hank received his Bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University and his Master’s degree from Temple University. Hank and his wife reside in Blue Bell.
Bonnie is a native of South Jersey. She has recently relocated from the Ocean City, NJ area to Montgomery County, PA. Bonnie has a degree in Communications and brings with her 20 years of office management experience. She is the Mother of 3 grown sons and resides with her Husband and rescue dog Emma in Harleysville, PA. Bonnie has been very involved in many charitable organizations for Breast Cancer awareness (Gilda’s Club South Jersey Chapter), Wounded Warrior events and currently volunteers at a CSA farm Living Hope in Harleysville.
